The carpeting in our room had noticeable stains, giving a slightly unkempt appearance despite the overall cleanliness of the room.

The hotel is in a very central position and it is confortable

Shower is a bit tricky as it's fixed to the wall. Parking could be a problem in the area, but staff was helpful and for me it was ok.

The location is perfect, just 5 minutes from the Serdika metro station. The mattress was too soft for my preference.

staying here for a short stay was enjoyable, totally recommendable. this accommodation had a central setting very close to centre. i visited happy bar and grill really close to the venue for a few drinks.

Unfortunately, my first experience was quite disappointing. The room initially assigned to me had a musty odor, likely due to the carpeting. After requesting a room change, the new room was better but still had issues with its soft mattress, made it uncomfortable for sleeping.

The location (very central), the price of the room, the decor with nice paintings in the corridor, the size and comfort of the room, the cleanliness of the bathroom and the free wireless access in the room.

The staff, despite very friendly, might have been more helpful to give us some "touristic" information. I was alone but I think that the beds in double rooms are a little bit small. I didn't have breakfast in the hotel and had it in town instead because I found it too expensive (€10) compared to the room price (€45).

The room was warm at night, yet the bed was super comfy.

The location was excellent - right in the heart of the city centre and close to the banks and shops.

The drains in the bathroom were extremely smelly although the bathroom itself was clean.
